قصة الفيلم
أثناء مشاهدة طفلين في ليلة الهالوين، تجد جليسة الأطفال شريط VHS قديمًا في حقيبة الخدع أو الحلوى الخاصة بالأطفال. يعرض الشريط ثلاث حكايات رعب، مرتبطة ببعضها البعض بواسطة مهرج قاتل. مع مرور الليل، تبدأ أشياء غريبة بالحدوث في المنزل. لم يمض وقت طويل قبل أن تكتشف جليسة الأطفال الحقيقة المروعة... فالمهرج المهووس يشق طريقه ببطء إلى واقعها.
