قصة الفيلم
يروي الفيلم قصة لاعب هوكي شاب موهوب (اسم اللاعب)، يأمل في لفت أنظار الكشافين المحترفين. خلال إقامته في بلدة صغيرة بكندا تُقام بها مباريات هوكي للهواة، يتعرض لضغوط لإثبات قدرته على الدفاع عن نفسه بالعنف إذا ما تحداه أحد. تتشابك أنشطته على الجليد مع علاقته الرومانسية بابنة المدرب (اسم المدربة).
